These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("Client" or "you") and Discoverr Insights ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of our virtual assistant and online secretariat services.
By engaging our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.

Discoverr Insights provides professional virtual assistant and online secretariat services including but not limited to:
Services are provided remotely by qualified professionals based in the United Kingdom.
All services begin with a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs. This proposal, when accepted by both parties, forms part of these Terms.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in writing and approved by both parties. Additional charges may apply for scope changes.
We commit to providing services with professional competence and in accordance with industry best practices. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations.

Service fees will be clearly outlined in the service proposal. Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms are Net 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. For ongoing services, invoices may be issued monthly or according to agreed milestones.
Late payments may incur charges as permitted by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue.
Any billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice date. Undisputed portions of invoices remain due for payment.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business operations. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements.
We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Client data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.
All work products created specifically for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment for services.
We retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, and general knowledge. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business purposes.
Any third-party materials used in service delivery remain subject to their original licensing terms.
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or meet all client expectations.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Project-based services continue until completion unless terminated for cause.
Either party may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due, and we will return or securely destroy client data as requested.
We comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations, including employment law, data protection, and business regulations.
Our team maintains high professional standards and receives ongoing training to ensure competency in their areas of service.
We will disclose any potential conflicts of interest and work with clients to resolve them appropriately.
We aim to deliver services within agreed timelines and to specified quality standards. Specific service level agreements may be included in individual service proposals.
We regularly review our service delivery and welcome client feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
If services do not meet agreed standards, we will work with clients to remediate issues at no additional cost.
We maintain appropriate business insurance including professional indemnity and public liability coverage. We implement robust risk management procedures to minimize service disruptions.
Regular communication schedules and reporting requirements will be established for each client engagement. We provide various communication channels including phone (+443456779240), email, and video conferencing.
We encourage informal resolution of disputes through direct communication between the parties.
Unresolved disputes shall be subject to mediation, and if necessary, arbitration under UK law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any service proposals and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
